To register for classes at Ray Mayer Center

- Contact Ray Mayer Center directly by calling the registration desk at (773) 325. 4555 or signing up in person at 2235 N. Shieffeld.
- All new students must also fill out BALP Registration Form and give it to their teacher on the first day of class.

To register for classes at Alphonsus Academy

-Contact Ballet Academy in Lincoln Park to secure a space in the class.
-Bring the Registration Form to the first day of class along with the payment.
